Tripoli is the capital of the region and it is located in the central part of Peloponnese. This region is really famous for the beautiful coastline that surrounds it. In this city you will find museums about about the old spartans and also  Mystras, an old forteresse of the spartans, which is today part of  UNESCO World Heritage Site. There is also an other really old town in the region called Corinth. In this city you can feel all the ancient legacy of the region with the temple of Apollo, the ancient theatre and the Glauke Fountain.
