Every year in July, landscape designers from different countries present the new tendencies in garden design at the Moscow Flower Show. You can join the garden lovers, who visit this event to get new ideas for their gardens, consult the specialists or just relax and e[njoy nature in the mid of the metropolis](https://www.livetheworld.com/post/aptekarsky-ogorod-a-cozy-garden-of-health-and-happiness-in-moscow-2637). The space of the Muzeon Park is occupied by tiny gardens, flowerbeds and garden sculptures. Seeing the beautiful gardens is not everything that the Moscow Flower Show can offer. There is much more! And, of course, this garden haute couture show can’t exist without surprises.
Every garden has its name, and you can read the description presented by its creator to understand the philosophical idea behind it. Gardens presented at the Moscow Flower Show are created in different styles, and everyone can find something to his own taste. Do you want to get emotionally charged in a bright, extraordinary and provocative garden? Or do you want to contemplate in solitude in a Japanese enclosure? Do you prefer a natural landscape or an ultramodern minimalistic one? You can enter a garden, spend some time there and check, whether you really feel comfortable in it.
Russian fashion designers put on a different hat and decided to amaze the visitors through their own gardens created by following the main ideas of their brands. This part of the show got the name “Garden runway walk”. You can appreciate the gardens created by Valentin Yudashkin, Slava Zaitsev, Alena Akhmadullina and some others.
Those who want to learn more about gardening can easily do that at the Moscow Flower Show. You can know the names of all the plants of the garden or flowerbed you like, participate in different workshops and round tables. The highlight of the program is a presentation of new types of roses, hydrangeas or some other recently bred, popular garden flowers.
Every year the organizers and the participants of the Moscow Flower Show try to surprise the visitors. This year, we could visit “Garden Night Lights” and found ourselves in a magical forest surrounded by hundreds of different garden lights. The Greenhance garden also became a surprise. In a pavilion, nature became not only a theatrical scenery but also an actor. We could enjoy watching the flashes of lightning dance to music among the birches. We can only wonder what other surprises we can expect next year.
The Moscow Flower Show is one of the most popular summer events in Moscow. Landscape designers and garden lovers consider it garden haute couture, and for the general public, this is a good way to spend weekends, enjoy the creative cooperation of designers and nature, and get some fresh ideas for their dachas (summer houses with small gardens).
