Accommodation: 4 guest rooms are en-suite, individually decorated and are serviced. Family rooms to sleep 3, 4 or even 5 guests are available. Every room has a colour flatscreen TV, tea/coffee making facilities and the bathrooms are modern with electric showers, towels and shaver points.

Room 1: Situated on the first floor, a light and cosy double en-suite room with a splendid view of Latrigg fell. This room is also available for use as a single.

Room 2: Situated on the 1st floor, this is a very spacious family room featuring a double bed, single bed and a bed settee.

Room 3: Situated on the 2nd floor, offering spectacular views of Latrigg and the surrounding Keswick fells. A standard double en-suite, this room can be also be used as a single room.

Room 4: Situated on the second floor, this family en-suite room boasts a super king size bed, a single bed and a pull out single bed. Children are especially welcome and cots and high chairs are available upon request. Pets are also accepted by arrangement and we are a strictly non smoking establishment. Wireless broadband internet is available for guests use. Secure cycle storage is provided and there is safe on street parking opposite.

Dining: A good hearty English breakfast together with lighter alternatives are offered every morning in the guest dining room. We also cater for vegetarians and special diets upon request. Packed lunches are also available by arrangement.
