Arch House Bed and Breakfast

Arch House is a distinguished Grade II listed Georgian building, nestled in the picturesque town of Wells-next-the-Sea. Arch House is just a few short minutes walk from the iconic Quay, and an even shorter walk from the delightful and varied restaurants, shops, cafes and bars. Holkham Estate and the Norfolk Coastal Path are both just a mile away. We currently have 10 individually and lovingly styled ensuite bedrooms. These include the faithfully restored rooms in the old building, and our blissful garden rooms. We are in the process of developing our The Crow's Nest - which will span over two floors and can sleep up to four people, 92 adults and two children) or serve as a King bedroom and private sitting room (ready for April 2014, advance bookings available now). Arch House benefits from something extremely rare, if not unique, in Wells - we boast a large off road carpark with a space for each of our rooms. No parking around the corner and struggling to your room with bags. If you have visited us during the busy periods, you will know exactly how crazy it can be to park in Wells, and what a godsend it is for us to have a centrally located private carpark. Arch House is a family run business, and each family member has years of experience within the industry. We pride ourselves on being friendly and available, without being overbearing.
