Switzerland is known for its mountains (Alps in the south, Jura in the northwest) but it also has a central plateau of rolling hills, plains, and large lakes. Switzerland is renowned over the world for downhill skiing, and the country is also great for many other outdoor activities, including hiking and mountain biking. Mountain climbing, from easy to very hard, can also be found in Switzerland, and there is hardly another place with a longer tradition for this. Some routes, like the North face of the Eiger, have become near-mythical due to the hardships, sacrifice and even deaths suffered by the first people to climb them. And because of the breathtaking views, travelling from one place to another by car, bus, train or bike along alpine roads and railroads is often an experience in itself.

Switzerland

The canton is one of the least mountainous Swiss cantons. The canton is diversified, undulating tracts and well-wooded hills alternating with fertile valleys watered mainly.  There are many landmarks to visit such as the hot sulphur springs of Baden and Schinznach-Bad, the saline springs in Rheinfelden, the ruins of the castle of Habsburg, the old convent of Konigselden, Schloss Lenzburg, Wildegg Castle, Hallwyl Castle and Stein Castle.

Aargau

Our 9-hole golf course with driving range is located on the southern slope of Frickberg. Here one experiences the nature with the lush green meadows, blooming cherry trees and the gentle hills of the Jura. Artificial water and deliberately placed bunkers complete the natural obstacles and have been integrated into the game in an entertaining way. The course is easy to walk despite the cropped terrain and a fair, playful challenge for golfers of all classes.
