Korpikartano was once a Sami village school, but since 2009 it has opened its doors to guests. In Hotel Korpikartano you can experience the luxury of silence in beautiful natural surroundings and cozy rustic accommodation.

Our nature hotel is located by Lake Menesjärvi and surrounded by beautiful landscapes that change throughout the year! The National Park Lemmenjoki, the largest in Finland is very close by.

Hotel Korpikartano is an ideal place to see the Northern Lights, as there is no light pollution. You are able to see them already from the hotel yard. You can also eg. join for a husky safari, reindeer farm visit, try winter fishing or learn more about Sami culture.

Until 2005 Korpikartano was a Sámi village school for children in nearby areas but in 2009 it opened its doors to guests.
