We, the Dutch / Spanish owners Anita and Arie Suarez, have moved to the Costa Blanca since the sale of our NVM estate agency in the Netherlands, a familiar holiday address for 30 years.   Meanwhile, the renovation and styling is in full swing. The villa offers from March four beautiful rooms in Mediterranean atmosphere with beautiful views over the Mediterranean Sea. Both a private terrace and a central lounge area, outdoor bar and a lovely swimming pool with jacuzzi are at your disposal.   Our location is very centrally located, beautiful white beaches, wonderful bays for snorkeling, many golf courses, challenging walking routes and beautiful cycling routes where our pride Bauke Mollema has trained in recent years, you will find in the surroundings of the Coveta Fuma.   Due to the proximity of Alicante-Elche airport a long weekend is planned, we are only 20 minutes from the airport, where several prize fighters such as Ryanair, Transavia and Vueling fly daily.   Via "contact" you can request information about, among other things, availability or reservations.   Arie and Anita Suarez
