Casa Rural El Arriero

Casa Rural el Arriero is a Rural House with the category of "Dos Espigas" located in the village manchego de los Hinojosos (Cuenca).

After 10 years of restoration, the rural house was inaugurated last February 2016. Friends, relatives and neighbors were able to attend the inauguration of the first rural house in the village of Los Hinojosos.

 The Casa Rural is an old manchega house of two plants, at the moment decorated and acclimated in century XIX, but with the comforts of century XXI. It is located in the village of Hinojosos in the heart of Castilla la Mancha and next to the Church belonging to the Marquis de Villena. It offers a total useful area of ​​262 square meters carefully restored, respecting to the maximum the spirit and style of the original house, which has not only kept rooms, doors, bolts, knockers, but has recovered an old cellar in the plant of the basement, making the house a place for meeting and meeting. It has 5 rooms distributed on the top floor of the house, and fully independent. It has a spacious dining room and living room with TV bar and fireplace of 68 square meters, and a cellar of 38 square meters area for social gathering and tasting. There is also an indoor barbecue for the exclusive use of guests, and a large kitchen with all the extras from La Mancha.

The Rural House el Arriero stands out for its common areas, as they occupy more than 60% of the total area. They are distributed in different environments as: "Meeting points" for gatherings next to the fire; TV area; Bodega and inner patio for barbecue.
