The Cortijo Buena Vista It is an old farmhouse rehabilitated with several Alpujarra style buildings (flat roofs covered with launa, chimneys topped with slate slabs, stone walls, ...) within a farm with more than 2 hc. of chestnut and fruit trees, located within the Natural-National Park of Sierra Nevada and in the most authentic part of La Alpujarra. the Route of the Andalusian Legacy and the Long Distance Trail GR-7. El Cortijo offers a pleasant pool with a treatment plant during the summer months, where you will enjoy the healthy Alpujarra waters, looking across the Rio Laroles valley, dotted with old hydraulic mills. The houses have appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster) and the necessary equipment for the preparation of meals. It includes bed linen and bath-toilet towels. The houses have automated central heating, facilitated by a biomass boiler. The sanitary hot water supply is provided by a solar thermal installation, and auxiliary biomass boiler mentioned. The Rural House Buena Vista The rural house Buena Vista has two rooms, fireplace, 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, kitchen, pool and a large viewpoint that gives the name to the Cortijo Buena Vista, for the spectacular landscape that can be seen. The interior style is colonial with antique wooden furniture.

On the upper floor there is 1 bedroom, living room-kitchen with fireplace, 1 toilet and a huge terrace, with the best views of the whole Cortijo.

The House of the Pool La Casa de la Alberca, has a living room with fireplace and a double room on the ground floor; living room, a double room (2 single beds), a small kitchen and toilet (sink, toilet and shower) on the top floor. The interior and exterior style is rustic, just like the Alpujarra houses of all time.
