The open-air museum is the oldest of its kind in Slovakia. It was made available in 1965. On an area of 1.5 hectares, a total of 24 exhibiting objects are presented in the park and garden setting - an etnopark, which presents the folk culture and construction of two ethnicities: Slovak and Ruthenian inhabitants living in the region of Upper Šariš and North Zemplín. They date back to the 19th and 20th century and typologically belong to the Carpathian-type wooden structures.
