The Knights' Lodge was built in 2012 and is located in Campulung Muscel. The guesthouse is named because we want to remind our guests that these giants have lived some giants of the history of the Teutonic Knights. In an act in 1211, the King of Hungary says that he placed Teutons in the Branch Crossing the border defenses. According to Nicolae Iorga, they came from the Holy Land, where they participated in the last Crusade. They spread their rule over the Carpathians, crossed the top of Pravat, and stopped in the wide open valley of the Fairfare. They founded the city of Campulung, which they called their Langenaue, and in Latin Campuslongus. Saint Jacob Church in Campulung shelters the funerary stone with the Latin inscription of the Catholic Command Laurencius de Longocampo, who died and was buried here in 1300.
