
Plumbuita Park is a park located in Colentina, 2nd district of Bucharest, on the shores of Lake Plumbuita, which is part of the Colentina river lake. The park is declared a historic monument, with code B-II-a-B-18444.
The park was set up as a recreation area in 1977 and had an area of 80 hectares at the time of its establishment, being endowed with paved alleys, playgrounds for children, a pergola with tables and chairs, and a narrow artificial water course, with some bridges. It also has a football field with access to the toll station. A modern artezian fountain was built on the lake by the City Hall of Sector 2.
