(...) Eat well in Martin. With the Caldelas School, where Martinho da Costa Pereira (Founder of this House) is, the cuisine is naturally Portuguese with a certain tonality. The Polvinho in the oven to Lagareiro, swimming in excellent olive oil and Bacalhau à Martinho are dishes of choice. Octopus Fillets as well as Roasted Hake are also a reference of this house. At Carne we can talk about Roasted Cabrito with Carqueija Rice, Ribinha Mendinha de Caldelas and Veal Liver with Onion.
