Praia do Penedo offers quite a big sandstrip at the base of a valley, with dunes extending around aswell. Although a popular choice for watersports, it is an otherwise relatively unknown beach, without supervision. To get here, find the southern nearby sandstrip and walk up to this one. It is a good option for those looking for a peaceful but ample spot.
