Levada do Alecrim

At the beginning of the descent on the road to Rabaçal you will find, on the right, the entrance to this levada. Levada do Alecrim is about 3km long and here you can appreciate the vast landscapes of Rabaçal and Paúl da Serra, as well as the vast vegetation composed of several species of regional fauna, where birds nest and cows graze. The trial has many lagoons and waterfalls, which will appear along the way, ending on the Risco Waterfall, and it's own lagoon below, Vento Lagoon, where you can relax, have a snack or even take a swim.
