This training center has as its mission the promotion of the professional training activity for the valorization of the human resources in a perspective transversal to all economic activities, through vocational training actions, seminars and internships, in its various modalities, according to the diagnoses of needs previously elaborated .

Inovinter is defined by a Protocol Training Center that, from the outset, sought to acquire its own identity, in an intervention strategy that seeks to respond to national concerns, but above all, that seeks to respond to local needs that are determined by specific dynamics, Namely at the corporate level and Regional Development Plans, always with the purpose of establishing working populations in a qualifying way.
