Many of the above products are certified by Denominazione di Origine Protetta (DOP)

We only use Italian high-strength flour type 00, intended for dough with a long rise time, necessary for the chemical processes to transform complexes into simple substances. This, in turn, makes our cake uniquely easy to digest and healthy.
