An old squatter’s house revamped into an independent, unrestricted, creative ball of entertainment! Catch a film, dance to live music, or try some tasty vegan food.

  • From squat to cultural center: In 1999 the former Netherlands Film Academy building was used as space for squatters, until a group of international creatives bought and completely transformed the area. It now serves as a non-profit organization in support of the arts and subculture.
  • OT301 has a place for everything! There are four main public spaces: the film house Cinema of the Damn’d, Stitching Studio 301--an underground venue for live music, dance performances, theater, and DJs, the 4bid Gallery for local and upcoming artists to display their work, and the trendy vegan cafe De Peper.
  • What makes OT301 so special? It’s a living community, where the ones in charge are planning programmes and events 7 days a week to ensure there’s always something special to see and do. Artists can live and work on site, bands can have their rehearsals here, and there’s even their own radio station! OT301 is its own subcity of art and alternative culture. Any day of the week will have something entertaining for you.
