Every Saturday the garden of the Hermitage turns into an organic food market.

Done with your museum visit at the Hermitage Amsterdam? Go and have a look at the wonderful courtyard of the museum. Here they sell vegetables, fresh pastas, fish, dairy, sourdough, almost everything. The products are all as local as possible, the closer to Amsterdam, the better. Almost all product makers are on the market themselves and they are happy to tell you about the origin of the products, the quality and how they work.

The cool thing is that all the participants have their own stories, either from Amsterdam or around Amsterdam. Think of fresh produce from a local farm, dairy from around Amsterdam, local flowers, fresh bread that is made with love and passion, and much more!
