Experience children’s books in a magical way!

The little ones will definitely have a great time at the Children’s Books Museum! They will be introduced to children's literature in a playful way, by learning, experiencing and doing. Let the exhibitions and workshops stimulate their imagination and spark their joy! Besides having guided tours, the museum also provides museum lessons for primary and secondary schools.There is even a Children's Book Embassy, where everyone can share the magic of stories with each other and you can become a Book Ambassador yourself!

The museum has three different exhibitions for all different ages, based on famous Dutch children’s books. There is one exhibition for children between the ages of 0 and 6, one for children from the age of 7 and one that is for all ages.

In the Storytime Tent (grand)parents and their children experience the magic of books and stories. In a small, intimate setting, adults read while the children enrich the story through the various ambient sounds and projections and picture books come to life!
