SUP much? Try taking a different approach down the canals of Amsterdam with Canal SUP!

  • What’s SUP? SUP stands for “stand up paddleboarding”. Don’t know this popular sport? Don’t worry! It’s where you get an oversized surfboard with a paddle and well, you stand on it! It’s a super relaxing way to go on the water and get the gorgeous views of the Amsterdam canals.
  • No lessons required! As long as you’re able to swim and have some semblance of balance, it’s easy (we promise)! The MOAI brand of inflatable paddleboards used are sturdy enough to keep you afloat. Plus, you get just as nice of a view to sit on the paddleboard and row with the paddle!
  • Location is everything. Lucky for you, Canal SUP has you covered with the best possible routes down the canal, which take you through the city center as well as down some more quiet and scenic areas. Up for a swim? Canal SUP will let you know the best place to go, since they are the experts here.
