Beekse Bergen Safari Park

Lions, cheetahs, and elephants, oh my! Get up close and personal to your favourite animals at this massive drive through park.

• Calling all animal lovers! Ever wondered why the giraffe crossed the road? Drive your car through the Beekse Bergen animal safari to find out! A ticket to the animal park grants you admission to one of four safari options: car safari- where you navigate your own way past the animals. Kinda like a drive through car wash, except its giraffes cleaning your windshields with their tongues! Follow along with the park’s audio tour to learn about the animals! Boat safari - A 30 min relaxing boat ride where you’ll encounter lemurs, rhinos, and yaks. Bus safari - Climb aboard the entertaining and educational sarafi bus tour, where a safari guide will teach you all about animal fur...and dung! Not for the faint of smell. Walking safari - Navigate your way through the 1km long walking trail that guides you to lions, hyenas, penguins, and furry friends.
• If you’ve got the little ones along, make sure to take a pit stop at the playground area! Feeling adventurous? Think you can’t get any closer? Think again! With the extra special Gamedrive safari, a park ranger takes you in a Landcruiser into the vast African Savanna section where giraffes, wildebeests, and horses may come up right up to your lap!
• There’s always something to do at the safari. Beekse Bergen has ongoing events like arts and crafts all year round, plus live shows with park mascot Djambo the elephant, and even Christmas dinner with the animals! Feeling as hungry as a hippo? Make sure to stop by safari restaurant Kongo for some snacks and refreshments.
• Speelland: This park is THE place for a family outing. Along with all the cute animals to witness, you can spend your day at the playland. They’ve got the kids covered with trampolines, mini golf, bike rentals, a beach area, and even go-karts! Not ready to leave?
