
Souss-Massa National Park covers 33,800 hectares along the Atlantic coast in Morocco. The park was created in 1991 and is located between Agadir and Sidi Ifni. Souss-Massa is important for its protection of the norther bald ibis bird, among other migratory birds. The area is mainly steppe, sand dunes, and wetlands. Picture © Credits to istock/JulianSchaldach
