The Lithuanian landscape is dominated by blooming meadows, forests (one third of the country), 3,000 lakes, and fertile fields of cereals. Wildlife is everywhere, with animals such as roe deers, boars, deers… Aukstaitija National Park is a must if you want to get close to nature.
