The core of our cuisine is Jerusalem cooking, because it combines the three great culinary traditions - Europe, Asia and Africa, while acquiring its own uniqueness. We were inspired by the Jerusalem cuisine, but we are not trying to reproduce its realities. We chose the best dishes and drinks and continue to search for new combinations of products, create author's dishes, cocktails, coffee and tea, our menu will be updated frequently.
