Fitness Centre The Merton Hotel’s fitness centre has cardio-vascular and weight-resistant equipment together with a selection of free weights and a dedicated stretch area. Whilst you are working out, our multi screen TV system will keep you entertained and inspired with the very best sports and music channels.

The Star Room The stage is set for show time in the Star Room where great entertainment is fused with a first class bar service. With live bands, international star cabaret, exciting variety acts, production shows and tributes, the Star Room offers some of the best entertainment in the Channel Islands.

Jersey Joe’s Diner From thick shakes and ice cream sundaes to jumbo hot dogs and mouth watering burgers, our Retro American Diner is a celebration of 1950s America starring an original style jukebox, a pinball machine and a Pink Cadillac.

Belvedere Restaurant ‘The Belvedere’ is the Hotel's main restaurant where hearty breakfasts and delicious buffet dinners are served. Each evening there is a fabulous three course buffet dinner including a carvery with a wide choice of dishes. On selected evenings the head chef and his team present a themed menu.

Cascades Café Bar Serving teas, coffees, snacks and light meals, Cascades is located in the Aquadome and ideal for all the family. Cool down with an ice cold slush drink or ice cream and refuel with a light snack. For the adults there’s a good selection of wine and beers, salads and baguettes.

The Commentary Box Sports Bar With a relaxed 'pub' atmosphere, the Commentary Box is the perfect place to ‘shoot some Pool’ or watch the big sporting events including Football & Rugby. Open from 6.00pm every evening until late, the bar serves a full range of drinks.
