Tirotarico Agriturismo

Dear Friends of Gourmets, allow you to present the Tirotarico, a farm located in the high hills where among olive groves and vineyards, you can taste typical Ciociaria dishes and homemade desserts, all exclusively prepared with products obtained directly from our land and our animals.

We say "ours" because the company is a family business. In addition to the typical dishes and desserts, we also prepare jams, preserves, pickles, sauces, wine and fruit in syrup.

Here you can walk in the open air, contemplate the landscape and browse through the fields.

The Tirotarico is a very young company, it was founded in 1993, but bears a very ancient name dating back to ancient Rome, "La Patella Thirotarica" ​​was Cicerone's favorite omelette, taken from Apicio's recipe book, "De Re Conquinaria" of 1st century AD
