Since September 2007, the San Carlino Theatre resides in Rome in a new permanent home in Villa Borghese with 112 indoor seats. The name "San Carlino" comes from the famous Neapolitan theater really existed in Naples in 1700, where they performed in the character's shoes the most famous Pulcinella in history, and means that even today the tradition Pulcinella is disseminated through shows and events, to by the troupe, that feature just the mask of Pulcinella as an actor and as a puppet
