The Residenza d'Epoca VicoGranatello is the heart of the Albergo Diffuso BorgodiFiume. Managed by a community cooperative with the aim of involving the local community in the development of a project that cares about the territory, the landscape and the almost forgotten traditions of the village of Fiumefreddo Bruzio. The proposal of the Albergo diffuso is the experience of the lifestyle of the village in which the protagonists are the time and the human spaces, the popular cuisine made of simple ingredients and zero km, the attention to details that tell the story of the territory. Vico Granatello is a seventeenth century building with large common areas has been restored respecting the traditional architectural elements, wooden beams, arches, terracotta floors and stone walls brought back to life by careful restoration, cohabit with an antique furniture to combine the most modern comforts with the call of the past; but above all a unique view with windows and balconies that range in the blue of sky and sea. Embellish the entrance to the rooms a hallway covered with vaults and a panoramic terrace accessible to all guests. Our six rooms create an exclusive environment, are located on two floors, lovingly restored with the intent to preserve the essence and charm of the old days. They are distinguished by the care of furnishings and accessories: the ancient beams are visible, the furniture in style are unique pieces. The rooms of the residence, all renovated keeping intact the typical characteristics of the houses of the past are differentiated by type and size in order to meet the different needs of guests.
