It is one of the oldest restaurants in Turin (read the story), in business with this name since 1863. Recently it has become part of the prestigious Association "Historic Places of Italy" which aims to select and enhance the oldest and local historians of Italy. The environment is welcoming and familiar and is divided into several rooms on two floors. One of the few surviving restaurants in the city with the charm of the locals of the past. The cuisine is in the most classic Piemontese tradition: mixed starters, veal with tuna, agnolotti, gnocchi, tofeja, fondue, boiled meat, mixed fry, braised meat, finanziera, and many other specialties. All desserts and all pasta are homemade. Monopiatti that vary every week are served for lunch. The restaurant overlooks the splendid Piazza Vittorio where in summer it has a large terrace.
