The Arts Museum Buonvicino Gusto, or M.A.G.B., is a place of culture managed by the City of Buonvicino. Born thanks to the collection and preservation work carried out by Professor Francesco Casella, which for all the 80s and 90s saw him ask the inhabitants of the country and its countryside all those now abandoned objects that refer to the rural world. Much of the museum, in fact, is fitted with objects, tools, clothes, photos and spaces that bring to a slice of life made of hard work in the fields and the simplicity and authenticity of the museum sentimenti.Nel there are, however, other sections, reflect the will of directors intends to propose a structure that would be able to please everyone.

The space dedicated to Sacred Art, with several important objects for the history of our territory because they testify to the wealth of his Church and the skill of the workers of the time when these were made, a period covering that goes from 1800 to 1900. the space devoted to archeology preserves artifacts found in the territory of Buonvicino, so important to affirm the origins of the country and to confirm the presence and passage of different populations, and why not also the economic importance of our country.

Buonvicino is one of the gateways of the Pollino National Park, therefore could not miss a dedicated space at the same park: in the "Tower" you can see up close a number of original stones of the place and from the various caves found there and know, too, flora and fauna, or the wolf and the wild orchids, which bloom between April and June in forests of oak.

Contemporary art is present even outside the museum and acts as a guide to it. From the small piazza San Ciriaco Abate following the wind roses, small rounds embedded in the pavement of the old town, created by master potters of Art Pink, you can reach the museum to appreciate other works of the same masters: the mosaic at the entrance that offers the villages of Alto Tirreno Cosentino and small sculptures in the exhibition space, ceramic plates and panels ranging from the subject sacred to the profane.
