Our structure is located in the historic center of Polizzi Generosa, in what was the Castle made to expand by Roger II, and became in the sixteenth century "Palazzo Notarbartolo". In our beautiful location, steeped in history we will be happy to delight you with the specialties of typical Sicilian cuisine; with pizza cooked in a wood oven, using only organic flours from ancient grains; with seafood cuisine; with the specialties of Asian cuisine; with vegetarian and vegan cuisine.
