The love for good taste, for healthy living, for the good, are the characteristics of a ten-year passion that the owners of the Hotel degli Ulivi and Ristorante da Carminuccio, Salvatore, Carmela and Giovanna, have infused into their work. Their parents, Anna and Claudio, opened, in the far 1960, a small trattoria in the green of the Lattari mountains. The restaurant, called by many "from Carminuccio" for the nickname of the founder, has become a restaurant, preserving the traditions of Neapolitan cuisine. Over the years the owners have decided to combine the hotel with the restaurant, improving the complex from year to year.
