It is the first of three camps designed in Italy in the late 80's by the famous US golf champion Arnold Palmer, renowned designer of golf courses in the world, inspired by the nearby Venice disseminating the 27 holes of water hazards. It was inaugurated in 1988 with the Open of female Italy.
