Eco-Hotel La Residenza*** in Milano is a certified ecological hotel with the ‘EcoWorldHotel’ quality mark. Situated in Affori, a green and peaceful zone in the northern part of the city, about 300 meters from the Affori Centro underground train station (Yellow MM3 line) enabling fast travel to the historical centre of Milan and all the main sights.

Our eco-hotel is a comfortable base for those who are going to Niguarda Hospital and Orthopedic Institute Galeazzi, to a famous night club Alcatraz, to Politechnic University Milano Bovisa and Bicocca University, Machiachini and MiCo Center (Milano Congress Centre), the new business zone Garibaldi Porta Nuova, sports centre Giacinto Facchetti (known as ‘Interello’) or the North Park.

Inspired by Eco-tourism philosophy, Eco-Hotel La Residenza’s consists of 60 rooms of various types and 2 suites bound to satisfy any requirement: rooms for young people, for families, comfortable rooms for business clients, rooms with disability facilities and an exclusive Feng Shui-style junior suite that guarantees a positive emotional experience with a beneficial effect on mental and physical health.

Bioriso is an innovative restaurant offering Italian traditional tastes, through food and drink from organic and biodynamic farming, with special attention paid to vegetarians, vegans or persons with food intolerances. There is a harmony between good taste and health here!
