B&B cariano al soratte

Tired of city life and the stress that this gives us, a few years ago I left everything to come and live in the quiet of the Roman countryside, at the foot of Mount Soratte, in a house designed by myself and long desired, big enough for also accommodate friends. Here I was able to reappropriate my life and I rediscovered the pleasure of the banquet. In fact, the friends with whom in the big city it was not possible to maintain relationships if not telephone, now, taking advantage of the outing, they always have a good excuse to come and visit me. In summer to enjoy the beautiful sunny days walking in nature and catch all the aromas of the spontaneous or cultivated flora, or simply relax to get some sun and breathe clean air. In winter, those who are not attracted by the charm of a lit fireplace around which to tell, sipping a good glass or a grappa as you once did. Without considering the goodness of food cooked on the grill, starting from the simple bruschetta. Also I am surrounded by different animals; some to obtain quality raw materials, others with an affective character or for the simple joy that their presence gives me, like an aviary with about 50 parrots of various species.
