The cuisine of the Andreetta Restaurant, strictly faithful to the territory and the seasons, offers typical dishes of the Treviso tradition. Among the first courses stand out the "sopa coada" according to the ancient recipe of the house, risottos, soups, stuffed tortelli and homemade pasta, made or accompanied with the tasty seasonal ingredients of the territory: the "bruscandoli", the "s'ciopet", the nettles and elder flowers in spring; the lush vegetables in summer; mushrooms and chestnuts in autumn; the Treviso radicchio in winter. Meat dishes: the guinea-fowl in peverada sauce, the mixed spit, the braised meat, the Venetian snails according to the ancient local recipe, and in winter the boiled meats, the baccalà alla vicentina, the stewed foal. The restaurant also boasts its own production of sausages, including the typical "soppressa" and the "costea", as well as a rich selection of cheeses from the Triveneto area. And to end the meal, the delicious desserts of the house: fruit pies, pear cakes, semifreddi and small pastries.

From a small inn to a restaurant with a bed & breakfast: three generations of passion for cooking and hospitality

The "Da Andreetta" Restaurant is part of the wide and seductive scenery of Rolle (fraction of Cison di Valmarino in the province of Treviso): surrounded by woods and hills cultivated with vineyards, it dominates the landscape with its wide terrace overlooking the valley, an evocative setting of lunches and dinners outdoors. The windows transform the valley into beautiful paintings for those who prefer to eat inside, in a sober and refined, with attention to detail. In a smaller room with a cozy atmosphere, you can sit around the foghèr in the characteristic "ritonda". The culinary tradition of the Andreetta family began in the sixties with mum Santina and continues today with her daughter Anna Maria and her husband Alberto, an expert and passionate sommelier, and her niece Elena. The quality of the cuisine, typical and rich in local flavors, the selection of Italian and foreign wines with over 350 labels, the friendly and polite service, the attention to detail and the splendid location, are appreciated by a large number of customers. Since 2005, in the same building of the restaurant in Rolle, it is possible to stay in the new B & B RESIDENZA GASTALDO DI ROLLE.
