On the edge of the inhabited area, the Via dei Mulini climbs over the olive groves and orange groves along the stream and the small canal that for centuries has fed all the water mills that follow each other along the ridge. Three of these mills can be found today in the hotel gardens. Fresh Mediterranean gardens, in the middle of the Gulf of Cefalù: to the west the promontory of Santa Lucia, crystal clear waters and rocks reddened by sunsets; to the east the "Rocca", symbolic image of the city that dominates the Norman Cathedral of 1200.

In Spring you can be stunned by the scents of jasmine and pittosporum, the melodies that come from the gurgling of the waters, the fronds of poplars and birds that populate the garden with palm trees and carob trees in front of the Norman Cathedral silhouetted on intense blue of the Tyrrhenian Sea. The buildings, in the colors and materials of the Sicilian landscapes, besides the vernacular architecture recall, through simple morphemes or small elements, the dominant styles in the history of the island. The Alberi del Paradiso hotel is one of the most prestigious Charming and Relaxing Resorts in Sicily.
