Albergo Ristorante La Scaiola

The history of "La Scaiola" began back in 1843 as a change station for stagecoach shooting. Later it became a steam tram station for water supply and after many years the electric train station.

Today the hotel restaurant "La Scaiola" retains its characteristic of a fundamental point of passage with the bus station.

Over the centuries the "Avogadores" of the Serenissima, the soldiers of Napoleon, the carriers of the Habsburgs, the relays of the Carbonari, the Sirtori and Missori garibaldini in 1859, Zanardelli and Ugo da Como at the end of the 19th century stopped by us. In more recent times, the quartet of the "Mille Miglia" with Maggi, Mazzotti, Canestrini and Castagnetto with Prof. Valletta stayed with us.

In its centuries-old rooms has passed so much history and today, thanks to its convenient location 10 km from Brescia and 15 km from Lake Garda, the Albergo Ristorante "La Scaiola" is easily accessible by those who want to find a place that considers the kitchen the its flagship, with traditional cuisine and local specialties to be tasted in the suggestive eighteenth-century room.
