Located on the top of a hill at 500 meters, with a breathtaking view of the Sibillini Mountains, the Monti della Laga and the Gran Sasso. Surrounded by woods of downy oak, hornbeam, flowering ash, maple and white poplar, completely immersed in the silence and the scent of nature.

The stone farmhouse, dating back to the early 1900s, has been carefully restored, the furniture is simple and is in harmony with the typical rural environment, with ceilings in chestnut beams, stone walls and terracotta floors.

The rooms are all with satellite TV and free WiFi services. At our guests' disposal a modern, panoramic swimming pool (8x16) with whirlpool.

Our cuisine is linked to the rural tradition, made with simple ingredients, of our production or purchased from farms of farmers in the surrounding area, but always of the utmost authenticity.

The farm is located in the Marche, in the town of Roccafluvione (area renowned for truffles and mushrooms), in the locality Casette, is only 10 km from Ascoli Piceno, 50km from San Benedetto del Tronto and 25km from Monte Vettore.

For walkers, there are trails that surround the estate, which can be traveled on foot by mountain bike or on horseback.
