The Chili Shack Galway

The Chili Shack was started by two friends who wanted to bring the taste of the real American Chili to Ireland. The Chili Shack started life as a little shack on wheels that toured around festivals feeding the masses.

We make simple, good old fashioned, honest comfort food. We serve a variety of food from burgers to chili, each meal is bursting with flavour, made fresh to order and represents great value.
