Spirit Leisure Centre, Waterford

Spirit Leisure Centre opened in November 2008 and has just celebrated 5 years in business. Offering a luxurious 20m flat-bottom pool, the only in the region with a stepped entrance, perfect for swimming lengths or just relaxing.

Our thermal area boasts a Jacuzzi, Sauna, Steam Room along with a drench bucket and cold shower for that refreshing burst!

The upstairs gym provides a large cardio training space including treadmills, bikes, cross-trainers, rowers and a stepper. The weights area includes a free weights section along with a machine weight circuit.

The exercise studio hosts our range of exercise classes (full timetable on www.spiritleisurecentre.ie) and when free is an alternative workout space.

Gym Programs and workout advice is provided by our staff of trainers as part of your membership so make the most of it!!

Free car parking is provided for 3 hours in The Glen Car Park (behind Aldi) for all members.
