Forrest Little is adjacent to Dublin Airport founded in 1940 and designed by Fred Hawtree it is a challenging 18-hole Parkland course with many challenging and memorable holes. The fairways are lined with mature trees and the course has been used on several occasions as a venue for pre-qualifying for the Irish Open.

The signature holes are the 6th a 460 metres Par 5 with out of bounds down the left-hand side and almost impossible to get home in two, even if you do the odds are against being on the green because the green is well protected by several bunkers. The finishing hole is one of the best to be found anywhere at 411 metres will test the best of golfers.

Forrest Little has embarked on developing a youths' policy and has been very successful in developing good golfers at Boy's and Girls levels under the watchful eye of Tony Judd.
