The model for our concept is Japan's most common type of restaurant, the noodle bar. Various noodles and rice dishes are prepared directly from the freshest ingredients. This not only preserves the quality of the food, but also shortens waiting times without giving guests the impression of fast food. The kitchen is light and contains little fat. The puristic furnishing style, based on a Japanese tavern, is also an important part of our overall idea.
In addition to Japanese starters such as "Edamame" and "Gyoza", we offer ramen soups such as "morning sun" and "feelings of happiness" - Japanese wheat noodles with various broths and inlays -, special salads, seasonally changing pasta and rice dishes with various extras such as fillet of beef, chicken or seafood as well as Asian desserts. We regularly supplement our standard menu with special offers to suit the season. Picture © Credits to website moschmosch.com
