With about 82 million inhabitants, Germany is the most populous member state of the European Union. Germany's capital and largest metropolis is Berlin, while its largest conurbation is the Ruhr, with its main centres of Dortmund and Essen. The country's other major cities are Hamburg, Munich, Cologne, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Düsseldorf, Leipzig, Bremen, Dresden, Hannover, and Nuremberg. Germany is a vast and diverse country with 16 culturally unique states that have been politically united since 1871. Even within states there is often considerable cultural diversity.

In its capital, Hannover, Herrenhausen Gardens include the baroque Great Garden and English landscape gardens. The Lower Saxony State Museum displays art from the Middle Ages to the 20th century. The city of Braunschweig is home to the rebuilt medieval Dankwarderode Castle and the Herzog Anton Ulrich Museum, with its vast collection of European art.

Since summer 2009 we operate City Cinema.
We have renovated the 2 rooms and completely redesigned the foyer.


Cinema 1 now has 166 seats. 25 of them are even on comfortable sofas.

In March 2011 Kino 1 has been converted to digital projection,
so you have a perfect digital picture and a crystal clear picture
can experience digital 8-channel sound. Since April 2011 we can also offer movies in 3D.

Cinema 2 has 74 seats and Dolby SR.

Our cashier always opens 30 minutes before the first performance, from then our phone is also busy.
