TUNantes

Shooting singular creation, artistic and critical confrontation, the TU-Nantes offers each season, in the heart of the university campus of Nantes, a demanding professional quality programming that showcases the inventive creations. The TU itself as a stage of research and contemporary design and implement a project that link between the city and the university.

Unique in France by its operation and the quality of the tool, the TU occupies a prominent place in the cultural life of the city of Nantes. Featuring two halls - 320 seats and 100 seats / Studio Theatre, the TU has been accredited by the Ministry of Culture and Communication agreement with the scene in 2001, the result of substantive work initiated since 1994.

In addition to broadcasting and professional shows in production, the TU is also an actor of student life by introducing notammant training workshops to artistic practices of performing arts (creative workshop, workshops, master classes and meetings with directors stage) or participating in promotion of academic artistic activity. So every spring, the FUN-Festival is the appointment of creation made in campus around various artistic proposals (visual arts, video, multimedia, theater, music and dance).
