Théâtre Alexis Peyret

Theatre Alexis Peyret Serres-Castet is an amphitheater with 299 seats (chairs with armrests of 11 gradinées rows) and featuring a proscenium stage 150m² (including playing air 100m²). This theater is part of the Centre Alexis Peyret: a municipal complex socio-cultural association managed by Life and Culture and nearby sports facilities, schools and the College Rene Forgues.

Theatre Alexis Peyret is a comfortable and multidisciplinary space dedicated to performing arts, conferences and film. Its intimate nature, its amphitheater configuration, modernity and reception conditions make it a tool of exceptional usability for professional and amateur artists, speakers and other users, as well as for the public attending scheduled events.

Open from September to June, the Theatre Alexis Peyret displays a varied cultural program with theater and dinner theater, concerts, circus arts, shows and cabaret. Programming season runs from October to April (except school holidays) and offers a dozen couples sessions, mainly on Saturday evenings, panel discussions free entry and brought social, cultural and scientific, film and meetings confined to school.

This programming is put together by volunteer members and enthusiasts Commission, Conference, Cinema and Amateur of the Association Life and Culture. Accompanied by officials of the site, these committees are looking for, select and validate their choice of programming a rigorous specifications and primarily oriented towards the pleasure of discovery and sharing. The Centre Alexis Peyret has a goal of "Culture for All" viscerally rooted by its accession to the Federal Charter of Social Centres and Socio-Cultural France.

The Centre Alexis Peyret and Life & Culture Association are supported by the Municipality of Serres-Castet, the Luys of Commons Community Béarn, the Departmental Council of Pyrénées Atlantiques and Béarn CAF & Soule.

Those ticket holders from external sales partners (FNAC, Francebillet, Ticketnet) are invited to go directly to the front doors of the theater, in the lobby of the Center, and Access control in room, from 20:30.

Parking close to the entrance of the Centre Alexis Peyret, since college Rene Forgues to the bus station, with places reserved for vehicles carrying persons with disabilities and circulations adapted for people with reduced mobility.
