House Abbaye Saint Antoine in 1583 in the heart of Chablis (13 rue Jules Philippe), produces and sells exceptional wines, respecting the Chablis Terroir and unique know-how.
Our range of wine revolves around four names:
- Petit Chablis
- Chablis
- Chablis 1er Cru
- Chablis Grand Cru
from the same grape variety, Chardonnay.

We produce our wines of Chablis on our property and carefully selected plots.
The grapes are sorted, then pressed in our cellars.
Vinification are made exclusively from the harvest with indigenous yeasts and bacteria.
We package our products in a beautiful bottle waxed by hand (Marquise Burgundy) which expresses our utmost care taken in the preparation of your orders.
