Le Manoir du Catel is one of the most valuable witnesses of the Middle Ages Norman. The oldest manor house in Upper Normandy which houses a unique collection of graffiti is for heritage specialists and medievalists not only a monument but also a "document".
Saved from destruction by the mighty works program undertaken since spring 2000, the Manoir du Catel has now regained its medieval splendor in the heart of the preserved valley. This, too, one facet to protect this fabulous monument and the message it delivers us: let us protect our heritage, let us protect our environment ... A monument is also by its environment without which it is exposed without which disappears an essential part of its beauty and its identity.
