Maison Roubia is the perfect base from which to explore this fascinating and beautiful region of Languedoc Roussillon. Our chambres d'hotes/bed & breakfast is open from April to September and we offer you stylish, comfortable accommodation in the middle of the World's largest wine producing area.

Roubia is a working Minervois wine village situated on the banks of the most beautiful stretch of the famous Canal du Midi and is an ideal location for cyclists that are cycling the route between Carcassonne and Beziers. We also offer a secure place for you to leave your bicycles.

Our house is designed for ultimate relaxation from our private garden and swimming pool to a secluded inner courtyard as well as a magnificent roof terrace with spectacular views to the Pyrenees.

We have five double rooms all with en-suite bathrooms. Additionally, we can offer a family suite to give you 2 double bedrooms with bathrooms.

A continental breakfast is served between 8am-9am and includes croissants, bread and pastries. Seasonal fresh fruit, yoghurts, cereals and plenty of freshly brewed coffee or tea.

Complimentary tea, coffee and local wines are provided during the afternoons for those seeking refreshment after a day of sightseeing or travelling.

A comfortable and cozy sitting room has a Plasma TV, DVD/CD player, UK Freesat DVR, cinema sound, a library of DVD's, Board Games and well stocked book shelves. There is a WiFi connection available throughout the house.
